A clear and simple
withdrawal process.
If the statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.
For purchases of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
14 Days
You have fourteen (14) days to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal where such a right applies.
For a single delivery of goods, the period generally begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If several goods from one order are delivered separately, the relevant period generally begins when the last item is received.
Tell Us Clearly
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.
You do not need to provide a reason for your decision.

Following a valid withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

Return Costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless ELSELE has expressly agreed to bear those costs or applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
Your Refund
Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law.
Additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not required to be reimbursed beyond the cost of standard delivery.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed without additional cost to you.
Processing Your Refund
Refund obligations following a valid withdrawal are generally subject to a fourteen-day period.
For purchases of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Inspect With Care
You may inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning in a manner comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose, where the applicable legal requirements are met.
Exceptions to
Withdrawal
Personalized Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
Sealed Hygiene Products
Where legally applicable, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded once their seal has been removed after delivery.
Other Legal Exceptions
Other statutory exceptions may apply depending on the nature of a product or contract. Any applicable exception will be interpreted in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
A product being discounted or offered during a sale does not by itself remove a statutory withdrawal right where that right otherwise applies.

The statutory withdrawal information above is primarily intended for customers whose purchases are protected by German, EU or applicable EEA consumer law.
Customers in the United States and other countries may have different mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable to them.
Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
